Blaming and Defensive Patternsand Good Communication Capacity
Blaming Pattern. When you are acting from the Blaming Pattern, you judge other people as being the entire cause of any problem and get angry at them. In addition, you usually do not give credence to another person's perceptions and needs.
Defensive Pattern. You focus solely on defending yourself from perceived accusations by another person, and therefore don't give any credence to the other person's perceptions and needs. Good Communication Capacity. Good communication means the ability to talk about your needs and concerns, without being dramatic, blaming or judgmental of the other person, so that you can more easily hear and be heard by the other person.
