Caretaking Pattern and Self-Interest Capacity
Caretaking Pattern. You take care of others more than yourself or at your own expense. You are invested in taking care of others, sometimes even when they don't want or need it.
Self-Interest Capacity. The Self-Interest Capacity means knowing what you need or want and being able to ask for it or take steps to get it. Most people have an easy time with this unless they are caught up in caretaking or people pleasing.
