Challenge Capacity

Conflict Avoiding Pattern. You give in to the other person or take care of them in order to avoid stimulating a conflict. When someone brings up a conflict with you, you withdraw or give in. You avoid bringing up problems that might lead to conflict.

 

Challenge Capacity. Challenge means the ability to bring up concerns, stand your ground, and sort out conflict in relationship.
