Controlling Pattern and Cooperation Capacity
Controlling Pattern. When you are acting from the Controlling Pattern, you judge other people as being the entire cause of any problem and get angry at them. In addition, you usually do not give credence to another person's perceptions and needs.
Cooperation Capacity. Cooperation means the ability to be receptive and work well with others.
