Passive Aggressive Pattern and Assertiveness Capacity
Passive Aggressive Pattern. You try to please others to a point and act out your resentment or aggression in indirect ways. You behave in a superficially helpful or neutral way that you know is actually harmful or annoying to others.
Assertiveness Capacity. Assertiveness means the ability to exert power to get what you want, protect yourself, or achieve what you think is right.
